Captain Dale Collins is 53 years old, he has over 30 years
Great Lakes fishing experience with the last 18 years on Lake Erie. He is a Coast Guard qualified
Merchant Marine Officer and an Ohio licensed Guide. He is also an
active member of the Lake Erie Charter Boat Association and is on
the Pro Staff for Dreamweaver Spoons and Daves Kaboom Baits.
We are also on the Guide and Captains program
with Rapala Lures and Pure Fishing Dale has lived his entire life
involved in outdoor activities, he hunts and fishes as much as
possible. Dale is also a licensed taxidermist and builds traditional
longbows for a hobby. Fishing on the boat "Predator" will be more than
just a Walleye trip as Capt. Dale will keep you entertained with the
many outdoor stories he has experienced.

Most charters will be accompanied by Dale's brother Roy
who is also a Coast Guard qualified Merchant Marine Officer and an Ohio licensed
Guide. He is also an active member of the Lake Erie Charter Boat
Association. Roy has over 30 years Great Lake
experience and has been fishing on Lake Erie
for the past 18 years. |

The boat
"Predator" is a 2007 277 Baha Cruiser hardtop sport fishing boat,
powered by twin 175hp 4 stroke Suzuki outboards. With the twin
outboards the boat becomes much more versatile as a fishing
machine, we will be able to troll at speeds less than 1 mph, it will
also have a very |
| impressive top end
speed in excess of 40 mph, plus the added safety feature of having a
backup engine. We also are a member and a supporter of the South Shore
Towing company. We carry the latest in electronics ( GPS/Fish
finder/Radar/Ship to Shore/Auto Pilot/Stereo) and all USCG approved
safety equipment. The boat is equipped for trolling with planner
boards, downriggers and dipsy divers; we can troll with up to 14 rods.
With the outboard motors there is over 80 square feet of unobstructed
deck space allowing plenty of casting/fishing room on the boat while
drifting. |
